It was written to reflect Tutorial Studio AI's actual features (BYOK AI usage, subscription tiers, the 30-day refund policy) but has not been reviewed by a lawyer. 1. What Tutorial Studio AI is

Tutorial Studio AI lets you record or upload screen recordings and turn them into narrated tutorial videos using AI script generation, AI voice synthesis, and AI avatar presenters.

2. Your own AI provider accounts (BYOK)

Script generation, voice generation, and avatar generation run entirely on API keys you provide for your own accounts with Anthropic, ElevenLabs, and HeyGen (or other supported providers). We do not process AI requests on any shared or platform-owned key. You are responsible for complying with those providers' own terms of service and for any charges they bill you directly — we have no visibility into or control over those charges.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly with no free trial. Each plan includes a set amount of render/export minutes and storage per billing cycle; usage beyond that limit requires upgrading to a higher tier — we do not bill overage charges.

4. Refunds

If you cancel within 30 days of your subscription's start date, you'll receive a full refund automatically, regardless of how much you used the service in that period. Cancellations after 30 days take effect at the end of your current billing period, without a refund for that period.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the recordings, scripts, voiceovers, and videos you create. We store them to provide the service and do not use your content to train any AI models.

6. Acceptable use
